Tsavo East National Park

Your visit to Tsavo East National Park could easily be one of the highlights of your safari. The park is known for lions (including many males which don't have manes) and elephants (which sometimes turn red after rolling in the red Tsavo dust). But you could also see gerenuk, cheetah, Somali ostrich and even the very rare hirola antelope. Birders also love this park, with more than 500 species recorded here. And the landscapes are as varied as they are special, from wide open plains in the east to the wild backcountry near the croc-filled Galana River.

Mombasa

Explore Mombasa with us. It's a fascinating place steeped in the history of Indian Ocean cultures, close to fine beaches, and filled with markets, a rich culinary tradition and beautiful buildings.

This morning you'll explore Tsavo East on a guided game drive where you'll hopefully see some of its elephants, big cats, and local specialties like Somali ostrich and gerenuk.

Lunch is always a highlight, so relax and enjoy our food.

Evening

We'll take you out on an evening game drive in Tsavo East National Park. It's when temperatures cool, the light is golden and predators set out to hunt.
