There's so much for you to enjoy when you visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Across the conservancy's high-altitude savannah grasslands and with views of distant mountains, expect to see both black and white rhinos, as well as lion, cheetah, hyena, elephant, giraffe, buffalo and zebra; you could see the Big Five here. Ol Pejeta protects the last two surviving northern white rhinos on earth, and there's a rehabilitation center for captive chimpanzees. With over 500 bird species recorded here, birders will love this place too.

You'll love the warm light and cooler temperatures as we take you out to explore on your evening game drive. This time of day is when both predators and prey are most active and it can feel as though anything could happen at any moment. This is when you'll most enjoy being on safari.

Viewing Chimpanzees, Sweetwaters. Meet rescued chimpanzees at Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, part of the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The sanctuary provides a safe haven for orphaned and rehabilitated chimps. Visitors can observe them up close in a naturalistic environment while learning about conservation efforts, primate behavior, and the importance of protecting endangered species

Afternoon

We'll take you to your hotel this afternoon.
Meet Baraka, Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The blind black rhino, where you will have the unique opportunity to feed him while learning about his inspiring story of survival

Evening

Evening Game Drive, Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Experience the thrill of an evening game drive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy. As the sun sets over the plains, spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, rhinos, zebras, and antelopes in their natural habitat. The cooler evening hours often bring more activity, making it perfect for wildlife photography and immersive safari experiences.

Handsome, large safari tents await you at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, in a fine location in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The camp overlooks a waterhole, and there's a good chance you'll see rhinos (and possibly big cats) come down to drink by day or by night. The tents are among the loveliest in the conservancy, and there's a fine restaurant and a swimming pool too.
